Change the format from JPEG to PNG after using Remove background directly in Adobe InDesign, so the final PNGs are usable without backgrounds. There is no use of removing backgrounds of JPEGs in big files when you cannot use them without the backgrounds. When one is working on a big catalogue filled with 1500 jpegs, one cannot change them into PNGs in InDesign. This feature would help a lot of graphic designers, I am sure of it. The solution would be simple for you – add menu for picking the format before applying of removing the background.
