separations preview - keyboard shortcuts to toggle one channel on and off
At the moment, the separations preview has the ability to toggle ON an individual channel by using a keyboard shortcut e.g. viewing the Cyan channel only can be done by going cmd + opt + shift + 1. Similar shortcuts can be used for the M Y & K channels as well as 5 spot channels, and all 4 process channels at once. However, they only toggle the separation ON. What would be preferable would be the ability to toggle a channel OFF.
Here is a use-case: I'm a finished artist inspecting a magazine layout from my designer. They have used thin tinted black type over coloured areas and these will be an issue later. However to see this I have to - using my mouse - toggle the black eyeball on and off of the black separation to see where the white knockout of this light type would be. A preference would be to have a keyboard shortcut to toggle the visibility of the black channel only on and off, while keeping the other channels visible.

Completely agree. The current keyboard shortcuts for the separations preview are inadequate as they only allow a user to show either
* All colors;
* One specific CMYK color and hide all others; or
* One specific spot color out of 5 to choose from and hide all others.
This isn't how a prepress operator would usually check color separations. A prepress operator would have all colors visible, and then just toggle the particular color on and off. Unfortunately the keyboard shortcuts and the direct javascript invokes only allow:
* Show 1st spot plate
* Show 2nd spot plate
* Show 3rd spot plate
* Show 4th spot plate
* Show 5th spot plate
* Show Black plate
* Show Cyan plate
* Show Magenta plate
* Show Yellow plate
* Show all platesRather than show, it should be toggle, so that with a keyboard shortcut, a user could for example turn a black separation off, then with the same shortcut turn it on again, while all other separations remained visible.
PLEASE FIX THIS :D
