Make Hyperlink Accessibility Alt Text Scriptable

You can create hyperlinks using an InDesign script, but you can't set the hyperlink's alt text. So I can create hundreds of hyperlinks in minutes with a script, but I still have to edit each one manually to set the alt text, and that takes hours.

    PDF/UA validation tools (like PAC or Adobe Acrobat Checker) frequently flag links missing alt text as an error or warning. Can functionality please be added so this could be scripted?
