set width of a real gap between columns in a table
Setting a column/cell stroke to "paper" does not make a real gap between columns, when the table is on a colored background.
Please add a "gap width between columns" to your table/cell formatting.

super relevant topic, waiting for such a feature for years. If you want a modern design, its usefill to add white space between columns. In general, Strokes and lines in tables are not quite good to handle.
