Share for Review - Image Quality
Bring the optimized quality of Share for Review images up to the level of acceptable web-based image optimization at 100% size.
I understand the need to optimize images for high-performance quick reviews. However, the current setting is far too low. Upgrading the image quality to an acceptable web-image optimization will help reduce feedback loops with concerns from stakeholders over bad image quality.
In my review workflows using Shared for Review, I am now constantly exporting and sending separate PDFs to reviewers to prove image quality based on concerns from the Share for Review representation.
Please know that the Share for Review feature is well-received with all my clients and I personally think it is an EXTREMELY valuable addition to InDesign. However, creatives and content publishers are sending documents to all kinds of stakeholders in and outside their teams and organizations for review. Many of those stakeholders do not understand the limitations nor should they be expected to. If I have content in an image that needs to be reviewed, that content needs to be clean, legible and optimized at an acceptable on-screen resolution quality.
Please increase the resolution to that on-screen standard.

Yes! I would love the option to choose the quality like you do when saving a pdf. Some reviews don't require high quality images. Others want to see it in high quality. Or maybe have the option on the viewing end? Either way, something needs to change.

Same for me. I constantly get the comment that the image quality is bad and have to comment in advance that this is not the quality they will get at the end. Now I upload it to the acrobat review tool but have to share a new link every time there is an update on the file.
So an option to decide which image quality you want would be very nice!

I have noticed for the new Illustrator Share For Review that in my limited testing the image quality is much better than the Current InDesign. Hoping they can get InDesign up to the same level.
