Share for review - A Great New Feature
I just started testing the new Share for Review and am really liking it so far - very smooth and an upgrade over the Publish online feature which I tried but found was no better than just saving a PDF to the cloud and sharing that. I like that in Share for Review I can just hit update on an active document. I am hoping over time to see the following added to this great new feature:
- The ability to allow clients to download a PDF version
- More Annotation tools (Highlights, cross-out, underlines, etc...)
- The Ability to Create Versions
- Bonus for an Approved/Changes Required buttons
- Extra Bonus if we could somehow incorporate the Import Changes feature from Import PDF comments feature. Maybe a Replace text annotation type tool?

I think making sure there is a VERY ANNOYING dialogue pop up when the client downloads the PDF that it is LOW RESOLUTION and "NOT FOR FINAL PRINTING" or "PROOFING ONLY" - maybe with a watermark? I feel like it's a bit of a hard call because if the client is not aware they may accidentally take your file and publish themselves (which could be kinda catastrophic in some cases)... so hard BUT to have the ability to toggle that as an option (if you know your client wouldn't do that). Would be fantastic!
