One-click, easy install for Hunspell dictionaries
Please, please make the adding of Hunspell language dictionarys easier.
Have just added a Hunspell language dictionary to InDesign. Wow! What a difficult un-user friendly process. I had to Google to find the baffling instuctions and followed the lengthy guide on InDesignSecrets website.
It's not just me that finds the whole thing so complicated - the InDesignSecrets instructions end with the following words -
"I never expected installing Hunspell dictionaries to be such an ordeal. And I can understand if these instructions have scared you off. But if you’ve made it all the way down here, you’re obviously need to add new languages to InDesign. Good luck!"

Adding additional language does not work on Mac Silicon.
In my case I was able to add Icelandic, but that does not work any longer, I can add it, and it shows up in the list but it doesn't hyphen any words. -

A re-installation of Hunspell dictionaries also follows each update because one creative Adobe employee reset the info.plist file.

Each update destroys the painstakingly set up configuration of the hunspell dictionaries.
Please correct the problem. -

For more details about the problems with adding dictionaries, see this thread in the community forum https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/adding-welsh-language-to-indesign/m-p/12106925#M432977
NIGHTMARE! Please correct the problems:
-- location of the dictionaries has changed.
-- Adobe's documentation is now out of date and useless.
-- New dictionaries are no longer automatically recognized and installed. Must be done manually by the user. -
