Option to freeze zoom so it always remains on "fit spread in window" even when searching
When working on a large monitor where facing pages easily fit and are still readable, it would be very handy to be able to “freeze” the current zoom so it is kept when searching. As it is now, when one goes through a document finding the next occurrence, the zoom keeps focusing on the found spot, but on a large screen it would be much more agreeable and less strenuous on the eyes if there were the option for the zoom to remain on "fit spread in window"

This is incredibly annoying and must be fixed. Imagine if a MS Word document just kept zoom on its own all the time. It has always done this and have reported this before and am always shocked this NEVER gets resolved. It really cheapens the feel of this application when it does not work right like this.

There's a 3rd party script for exactly this, but it costs $40!! For a function that should be built into the app.

PLEASE make this update. I waste a lot of time scrolling around when searching/changing pages. The "Fit Spread In Window" Option (when selected) should what do it says! Acrobat does this seamlessly when you set as view pages and search.
