I use InDesign as a regular part of my business. Sometimes I need to make changes and would like to be able to do that with my iPad Pro M4.

I would love to see a version of InDesign available on the iPad. I create my layouts using ID on my Apple Pro laptop, but would love to be able to alter them or make revisions when I am on the go and not at my laptop.

Expecting you to have a working InDesign app for IPads in the next 2 years. Make it a priority.

I’ve been asking about indesign for the iPad Pro for at least two years. My request has been met with an emphatic NO. Not coming. EVER. Well so much for the great innovation of Adobe. The company I care the most about without being a shareholder. Along comes your competition AFFINITY who has now released their V2 which includes photo/design/publish for all platforms for $99. No subscriptions, no update fees. So … um … where’s the innovation now? Can I be on your beta team? Surely you have one now.

I wanted to switch completely to the iPad to create designs, but I encountered many obstacles, including the lack of the InDesign application, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere, in addition to the lack of support for writing in Arabic, if these problems are resolved, I will completely switch to using the iPad in this field.

Yes, InDesign needs to be on the iPad along with Photoshop and Illustrator. I just purchased a new 2021 iPad Pro, mainly for creative purposes. Come on, Adobe. You have enough designers needing this. While you’re at it, add pen tool/clipping paths to iPad Photoshop and print-ready pdf export with trim marks and bleeds to iPad Illustrator. Done!

When will InDesign be available on iPad? I have Creative Cloud and it is no longer compatible with my MacBook Air. So I use my iPad. I pay for the full system but can only access Photoshop and Lightroom on iPad! It would be amazing to have it on iPad - then I can finally produce some books.

I especially agree with Marjan: for the first time the iPads can really replace any other computer.
On my side I combine it with my Magic Mouse and keyboard, use e.g. my 2014 iMac or any other screen as a bigger screen to dock the iPad on having both - a super flexible solution but also a nice work environment at a desk.
The only missing part is InDesign and I really do not want to buy a new MacBook or iMac just to be able to use it!

InDesign for iPad would provide graphic designers on the go with a powerful element. I look forward to the day that I can carry my iPad into any meeting and have the ability to make design changes on the spot.

100% iPad Pro creative wanting a mobile monthly package that includes desktop versions of Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign on the iPad. Please make it happen

To work freely, indesign should definitely come to iPad. It is your turn. Please take this seriously. A lot of people will be free from the offices.

I'm also agree with above! Even my laptop and iPad Pro are ready for replacing.. but if I can't use InDesign (and Illustrator) at the iPad Pro 2020.. It doesn't help that much, unfortunately!

I'll say goodbye to my laptop and I'll buy the new iPad Pro for having one device for all of my work!

I know SO many people switching out of Adobe because InDesign is not on the iPad (Pro). InDesign is so essential and it’s a shame that there’s no motion to create an iPad version like we have now for PhotoShop. Please Adobe, listen to this. It’s mutually beneficial.

Why is there not an InDesign on ipad?
