    Same issue! Very dangerous bug! impossible to save, to save as, to save a copy, to export…
    I noticed that this happens (to me) when i try to save a file after i had moved an image to adjust it in the frame (it doesn’t matter if with the keyboard arrows or with my fingers on the trackpad). So i have to close indesign, not just the file, to solve, loosing the work done after the last command + s

    Indesign 19.0.1 version, mac os ventura 13.16.1
