Is this a thing yet? I have been giving a new adobe account at work, old is a different email with the subscription ran out. What do i do? I have over 10 docs that I republish quarterly, urgh.

Absolutely agree this feature is needed. We have a studio with 3 designers each with a list of files the others can't update. So frustrating. Come on Adobe...

I was shocked when I realised this wasn't a core aspect of a "Team Account". How is this not a thing!?

Adobe, you seriously dropped the ball here! My company was literally just about to move ALL our online PDF material (internal and external) to this service until we realised different designers would have different 'lockers' of company documents...

For us this biggest sell was the fact we could discreetly update a link, and no customers would notice, but if different designer down the road needs to make the changes they have to create a new doc/published piece/link??

You made something great, and then threw it out the window!

P.S Just noticed people have been asking for this for over a year!? I can forgive someone for making a mistake and missing a trick, but then to ignore it after a year of people complaining? Seriously, this is another point towards jumping to Affinity! I'm legitimately compiling a list of reasons to move.. Not to mention my company would save 3k a year in licensing...

Edit: What? this issue was flagged originally in 2018?!??!?! Ah, come on! Stop ramming spam down our throats with stock integrations and "Did you know?" crap. Just do this!

Having this feature would greatly improve creative workflows for team collaboration.

I think the issue has to do with how Adobe sets up its servers for the Publish Online Dashboard. It seems like it would be really beneficial to give IT admins the ability to add/remove users to a shared team server if they already have all adobe members on an Adobe subscription service.

Other subscription services like FlowPaper (publish PDFs online software) also lack this feature which really stunts the longevity and reason to use the software in the first place. Our other marketing departments use FlowPaper and I would 100% teach them how to use the InDesign publish online feature if InDesign added this capability.

Agreed! Users should be allowed to publish to 'Company' shares, so other approved users can edit / modify the shares.

I agree. I work on an iMac Pro at the office where I do most of my design work but I have a PC issued to me for some work at home. I just tried updating an online InDesign publication from my root document but it wouldn't recognize that it had already been published with an existing link. UGH. I've grown so used to moving seamlessly from office to home office that I just expected this to be an existing function...

The features to work together on the same file is wonderfull. Now please make it possible that we both can publish our articles on line.

We need this very very very hard. So my collegue and I can work on the same file en publish online together. Please.

I work together with someone but we have our own adobe account. We both need to make adjustments in the adobe publish file. It would be great if we can both be owners of the file, or share this in some way in a libary or something!

This should be a huge priority feature! I see that this is on going since 2017. We are needing this feature or we are having to look into other options!

Not having this is a HUGE oversight by Adobe. Please implement this ASAP!

When someone is working on a document, sometimes someone else has to make adjustments. We all have our own Adobe account. It would be nice if multiple people have access to the same document from a smooth work flow.

We do have the same issue when a person wants to transfer his job for any reason. This feature would avoid changing all existing links to the new ones.

We really need this feature - multiple people update documents in the team and need to republish so that wherever the original link is, on websites, in other docs etc all update.

It is essential really that multiple users can update published online files. When working in a large agency you do not have the luxury of the job always going back to the same designer and what if they leave or a job is picked by a freelancer.

I agree, I wish there was a way to share between team members. Then maybe publishing online can be password protected? Just in case someone should not have access anymore? (if they were let go, quit, or just not involved anymore).

Please Implement this! We've had to make so many unnecessary links that have created such a headache for my team and I, we desperately need this feature!

I have created so many publish online docs for clients and now all the final output links are hosted in my Adobe Server login.

Now I want to transfer the publish online doc .INDD package file to the client as he want to make the changes in it and update the existing link in the server.

Now the problem which I am facing:

1. If the client make the changes in the InDesign native file and he is publishing the document then the link generated will not be the same. Is there anyway to get the publish online doc. package file (css/java/html5 whichever it is) (publish online file which is already hosted in the Adobe Server) so that the client can make changes and update the same link.

2. So how to update the existing link by the client from a new adobe subscription login ?

3. If a person in the company who created/published an Publish Online doc for the client and left the company, then his email id and other things are deleted from the company database in that case what will happen to the published online doc. which was created by him and published from his subscription id in adobe server ?

So can you please make a solution for it.

Just create a option to update a existing link of a publish online document from another adobe subscription id or another system/computer.

Anticipating a solution for these queries of mine.

Please PLEASE figure out how to implement this! It puts a serious bottleneck in team collaboration that only one person has access to publish a document online.
