Jump to page 1 = just go to first page already
If my document is numbered pages 43 to 59, for example, and I press Command -J and enter "1" for "Go to page:" PLEASE just take me to the first page in the document! Is that too much to ask? ;-)

(I know I can enter "+1" ... but sometimes I forget, and I've seldom encountered a new/intermediate user who knows that trick.)
