Allow different coloured/weight strokes for sides of text box
That way you could make the left and right sides of a box to have zero weight, which essentially gives you rules above and below a text box, but in a box that can be changed in shape and size

Thanks for making this great suggestion, I wanted to understand what kind of documents this feature would be most useful for. For example this could be useful for magazines, brochures, etc. What other kind of documents.
Also, are there any workarounds that you are aware of any workarounds that you use to mimic this behaviour, what are the challenges with those workarounds.
It would be also helpful if you can share any snapshots of some documents where you have created such a design (via a workaround), or would have wanted to but couldn't.
