The "undo" button: aka- Control + z
Please allow to undo (ctrl + z) more than three times. It's frustrating to not be able to go back more than three times, especially when you're working on a longer document and you have to close out of it because InDesign won't let you fix something you made four corrections ago.

Master Pages need to have one more control
Designing a brochure, at times i need the footer and header design etc. Master page is a huge tool was a huge help but i think it need one more feature. Master page should have the power to bring forward or entirely back of any design in layer.

IDML file icon in Windows Explorer almost indistinguishable from INDD file icon
I don't know who was the genius behind this change of InDesign file icons, but it's very time-consuming, most of the time i will open the IDML file instead of INDD file or viceversa. Probably for people working with few files is not a big deal, but when you work with tens of files, it's a hassle to constantly need to check the file extension. It cannot be changed from Explorer, you need a third party tool to do this on Win 10, which i don't wanna use.

Implement new good functions from photoshop also in InDesign
It looks like the teams of Photoshop, Indesign an Illustrator are not talking together. New nice functions from photoshop like - closing tabs more easely or gradients that are added to photoshop are not available for InDesign.
Also shortcuts are different and even the Logo of Photoshop is rounded and the one for Illustrator still cornered. That is only the tip of the iceberg. Also i like to have all programms work together in a easier way for the future

Lock file on same network instead of conflict
I don't understand why CC can't detect that a file is open by another user on the same network, rather than allowing two users to open the file which creates a conflict.
A simple notice "the file is open by another user on your network" would be a great addition to our workflow because it would save time not having to go back through a conflicted file and consolidating changes made by both files.

Ya'll Know that 1 Month Ago I Asked If Adobe CC 2018 or 2019 would work with MACOS CATALINA Despite the 32 Bit Sub Apps like "Application Manager," "AAMLauncherUtil" "AAM Registration Notifier" and others. All I got was a bunch of BS from everyone including Beta Testers who could have at Least TRIED to Find out. WELL NEVER MIND You F***s. IT ALL WORKS BEAUTIFULLY WITH CATALINA OFFICIAL RELEASE TODAY. Stop auto pushing clients into Bridge
Bridge to me feels like a piece of software I don't actually need.
Would it be possible to either:
- Add the ability to block Bridge from auto installing
- Add the ability to remove and or change the short cute that initiates Bridge from downloading and opening, as its only one key away from outline text.

What are the steps for Avast Renewal process?
Right after updating my windows with its latest version, my installed Avast antivirus is throwing some issues. Honestly, its problems force me to pull my hair out. I just wanted to complete Avast Renewal process so that I can access Avast properly. By doing so will also let the Avast perform better. So, please anyone help me to renew Avast program.

Save As location
Right now the Save As location seems to be the PREVIOUS folder location where I saved a file.
However, in other programs like Photoshop, the default location goes to the same folder as opened file.
Consulted help center and got no solution other than rerouting every time I save as a file. PLEASE also make the default Save As location in InDesign to the same location as opened file!! I'm working on like 3 or more projects at the same time and have to reroute the save location all the time! In fact I accidentally overwrote an important working file…1 vote -
Table of contents update
how can I insert the same title to my book's table of contents which I did on two different pages? (table of content is divided into two text frames) Is it possible to do it automatically? I think it's not possible so I propose to add this option to new version of InDesign. It would be great!
