Adobe InDesign teamAn error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Pascal Garin commentedI confirm this annoying bug. The only way is to delete the InDesign folder in C:\Users\My name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe. Even a reboot of the computer does not solve th problem. As a consequence, you have to set every time your application parameters, as they stored in this folder.
Please solve rapidly this bug.An error occurred while saving the comment Pascal Garin commentedDear Sir, dear Madam
I just began to use the latest InDesign version (16.0 x64) on Windows 10, but there is an incredible bug: it is impossible to create a new InDesign document after having created a first one!!!
The only way is systematically to delete all InDesign information in my AppData\Local and AppData\Roaming.
Please fix urgently this bug!!!
Regards
Pascal Garin

Adobe InDesign teamAn error occurred while saving the comment Pascal Garin commentedThis is just crazy!!! I lost all my afternoon, because I thought I was making mistakes.
This release is really catastrophic, as the programme no longer starts after two or three launches in the same session.

An error occurred while saving the comment Pascal Garin commentedIt is really annoying that InDesign does not import correctly the footnotes of MS Word documents and is still unable to generate a continuous numbering of footnotes in the different chapters of a book.
Thank you to rapidly implement this basic feature! -

I have the same problem: after one or two new documents, it becomes impossible to create a new one.
The only way is to delete all InDesign settings in AppData\Local and AppData\Roaming, which means that you systematically loose all your settings.
Please solve urgently this bug!!!
