This is also happening to my Retina 5k, 27" iMac, AMD Radeon R9 M395 2 GB, Mojave 10.14.6 (late 2017 build). I'm following it on another comment board (https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2570194). The first user comment I see goes back to Dec. 2018 and still no resolution in sight -- the last reply by an Adobe staffer on that board was early August 2019 and crickets since then. What's going on, folks? There are some really desperate designers out here who are struggling to keep afloat. Absolutely every other piece of software works pristinely on it -- Adobe products are a mess. Acrobat crashes every single morning no matter what, but at least it's usable for the rest of the day. I can count on InDesign and Illustrator for anywhere from 15-30 minutes at the start of day, but after that I get about 5 minutes of use before having to reboot again and again. I now track my progress in terms of minutes, rather than hours.
PLEASE please do something to help us!
