    One of those features that seems unbelievable that it's not already there. Currently you have to scale in Acrobat via Preflight. (https://indesignsecrets.com/creating-a-different-size-print-pdf-a-workaround.php).

    There are so many reasons people need this in so many scenarios. Just a simple scale upon export vs. using Layout Adjustment, which you then have to check.
