If client does not have Adobe ID and does not want to create one (it’s free to create), then instead of choosing to send an ‘Invite Only’ Share for Review link, designer should send a ‘Public’ link to the reviewers.

Please disregard. I had to uninstall InDesign, and both Protect and Unprotect extensions. Reinstall everything and then re-sync the extensions through Adobe Exchange. Working now.
