100 votesWe're happy to announce that the fix for this issue is now available in the latest update of InDesign - version 17.2 that is available from Creative Cloud Desktop application.
Please update to this latest InDesign version to get the fix.

An error occurred while saving the comment -
Scroll bar disappears in Pages panel, swatches panel,Layers panel and background task panel loses its boxes on the right.

Thank you for your patience all this while. The fix of the issue is now part of InDesign’s latest update, Id 13.1
Update your InDesign through Creative Cloud app to Id 13.1

1. InDesign CC 13.0 (latest)
2. Narrow/resize the pages panel
3. The text at the bottom minimizes (…) and options are still clickable
4. The text at the bottom overlaps with the options, they can't be clicked anymore
5. Screenshot attached -
I have the same issue with error code 14.
It is annoying because I cannot open a file that is in use by someone else.
