    Changing the font in InDesign should available and Helvetica should be the default, just as it is in Acrobat. Times New Roman is the worst choice and has to be edited.

  4. I want a generic command to repeat the least command I executed. Like control-Y does in the much-hated MS Word....Saves time.

    If you name your styles so that Quick Apply works efficiently, then Command + Return (Win: Ctrl + Enter) not only work the first time but will also apply whatever is still in there from the last time to other text.
