4. New Pdf notes, needs a tool to move them out of of the way when working. and needs to stop zooming out when you click on the note text.

   If I understand you right, it's working now. When exporting a print PDF in the window "General" in the middle area "Options" set the check mark at "Create Acrobat Layers". Then a PDF will be created, which contains exactly the same layers you created in the Indesign. Also the names are the same. Many greetings
