Color Theme Tool Unable to Change Text Color

- Write text, Copy it with Alt+Shift more than once, maybe use the auto spacer. Then select the Color Theme tool (Ctrl+Shift+I), select a color and try to apply it to the TEXT.
- Well, here, it says it will change the text color (via icon over cursor) but it (4.) instead changes the color of the Text BOX. It is not possible to change text color with Color Theme tool even by zooming in. The Color Theme tool is unable to change text color in this context and the icon indication of text while changing the color of the box shows it's a bug.
