Dotted lines are not exported correctly

Dotted lines are not exported correctly. Corners on a path is ignored. End parts of straight lines are ignored too.

    Uh, further investigation: it turns out the new Apple previewer dosen't show the corners. But They do print. Printing from Acrobat, works fine. Preview in Acrobat is correct.
