Using Arrow Keys in Transform Panel/Control Panel no longer works properly - ID 20.0.

Since upgrading to ID 2025 (20.0) using the arrow keys in Transform Panel or Control Panel no longer works properly. Previously I would scale something larger/smaller using the arrow (or Shift+Arrow): 110%, 120%, 130% ... .
Now with Shift+ArrowUp it will first scale 110%, then the cursor is no longer in the Scale Percentage Field. Second Shift+Arrow click and instead the Object will Flip Vertical. Third Shift+Arrow and it will start moving up the page.

Now to scale up another 10% I have to replace the cursor in the Scale Percentage Field. Quite annoying when wanting to quickly scale something to size.

This problem is not just with the Percent Scale Field but all the Input fields seen to react this way. Width/Height, skew by degrees, rotate ....

This seems to happen only with placed images. Objects or Text Boxes created in the Document still continue scaling larger.

Windows 10, ID 20.0, recently reinstalled Wacom Intuos but that was working okay before so doubt that is the issue.
