InDesign performance issues
Wasn't sure how best to show this on here. I have attached a video showing multiple issues when working in InDesign.
The first is the font menu highlite not following my mouse movement.
imported or added text turns black until a style is applied to it.
Text will not change fonts until I click the mouse inside or outside of the text box.
When I hover of a text box, the text blurs ever so slightly, but is bothersome to my eyes.
When I try to resize a document window, the corner flies below the screen border, tho I am still able to resize the window, albeit wonkily.
Any help would be appreciated. If this is a software issue, please get these things fixed.

Here is an additional video showing:
1. flashing screen when switching between document windows
2. flashing of previously deleted text when selecting an adjacent text box.
