We recently purchased Adobe Indesign 2024 and we are frequently facing "hang" issues where the screen gets stuck on opening an indesign file or while adding few lines of texts while editing a file. we are neither able to perform any further action nor close the indesign program. Only if we end the task we are able to exit.

We have also been getting error report frequently and the working indesign file gets closed.

In addition to that for the past 2 days, we are getting a pop-up message showing "do you want automatic recovery?" message, clicking yes on which the file gets stuck again.
