CC Libraries palette vibrates nonstop
InDesign ver 19.4, when I click on the CC Libraries palette, the scroll bar and the bottom of the palette vibrates or jumps vertically up and down nonstop. I can't get it to stop. Closing and re-opening the palette didn't help. Restarting ID didn't help. Very distracting when using your libraries palette.

This also happens to me! It is making me so aggravated! It's impossible to use the palette with the constant bouncing/vibration. I have updated multiple times, cleared out my preferences files etc and it does it every update. I don't know what to do.
