It would be amazing if you could place jpgs at actual size instead of InDesign placing them at sizes that are apparently (based on resolution?)

If I have an 5 inch square jpg file, the resolution should not have anything to do with what size it places at. If it is 5x5 and 300 dpi, and I place it in InDesign, it should be 5x5. If I have a 5x5 jpeg that is 50 dpi, and I place it in InDesign, it should also be 5x5 after placing. I shouldn't have to SCALE something I place to get it to be it's original size. This would be a huge improvement if you could do this.
