Can't Copy Paste Textblocks from v2022 to v2023

Copy textblock in Version 2022 - paste into 2023
Expected result: Normal Textblock
Actual result: Not a normal Textblock, but some kind of grafic text in a Textblock

can't paste from 2023 into 2022 either! Not from idml or indd file.
won't past from pasteboard images, text, borders, NOTHING!!!!this is absolutely ridiculous !!!!!
