Workspace Disappears on open - InDesign 18.0. Only shows when I go to Window>Workspace>Reset [workspace name]

This bug (and many others) needs to be fixed. We pay hundreds of dollars each year to "rent" this software, and InDesign seems to be the worst. C'mon, Adobe — get your $h!t together!!!

The bug is recently started for me. InDesign 18.5 and MacOS 13.5.
How is there no fix for this yet?!

I have the same issue too – latest Adobe CC updates, and happening in Photoshop 2023, Illustrator 2023, and InDesign 2023, all on macOS Ventura 13.0.

@Tom James - It's an iMac i9 (2020) with dual monitors. It's happening in Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator since the update. I've reset all the prefs and still happening.

Are you using an M1 silicon MBP? I found this happens to me but it also happens in Indesign 2022 since I've recently changed to an M1 MBP – so assumed it was that rather than the Indesign upgrade.
