Incorrect index alphabetical order - Hungarian, Czech, Slovak..
Indexes for several languages do not sort correctly even if sort setting is changed to correct language.
This impacs on letters with accents, umlauts etc.
Please can you fix?

Has this been solved yet? I need to find a solution for a book in Swedish where words where the second letter is for example ä are not being sorted in the correct order.
