CC Library panel freezes and is unusable until InDesign is re-launched
In the last update or perhaps the one prior, the CC Library panel freezes and is unusable. You can't select anything, search for anything, or change libraries.
Closing the panel and opening it again has no affect.
The only workaround is to quit and re-launch InDesign. The panel will then work for a time but will freeze again at some point.
This horrendous bug is in addition to a new annoying one where you can't drag and drop a graphic from the document INTO the CC Library panel to add it. You have to select the graphic, then click the + icon in the panel, then click Graphic.

One tip I would try and it seems to work for me, is to have a blank document open all the time in a tab.
Maybe the freeze occurs if InDesign is active but no documents are open.
This would mean it only occurs on a Mac as you can have apps active but it will not quit when you close a document.

This is still an issue.
When the CC Libraries freeze, if you try to resize the panel, the panel stretches.
The only solution at the moment is to turn off 'Application Frame'.
