Edit page size duplicates
The "Edit page size menu items" duplicate every time I open a document. Menu is normal when I delete InDesign preferences but starts building up with every document I open.

(FOR MACINTOSH) I just quit Indesign, then delete the Indesign cache folder in the library folder (hold down OPTION while choosing the GO menu in the finder to get there). Relaunch and all the duplicate menu items went away.

I'm also having this issue—however only one of them actually works so i spent time clicking through each to find which one is the one applicable to my document
