can't see content when opening file, covered with red or black blocks or lines
Issue started with upgrade to InDesign 16.2.1 that when I open file, content appears blank or covered with red or black blocks or lines. I have to repeatedly resize the window in order to work on the page. I also noticed issues when editing text. It only allows me to edit text that is one or two lines above where the cursor appears—very frustrating!

I'm randomly getting all sorts of screen artefacts using Indesign and other CC apps as well though most noticeable using InDesign. Shards of colour/shapes appearing across pages until I refresh or scroll. Also moving windows I'm getting black boxes around windows and stuttering display. Seems to have happened since I upgraded to Big Sur though that maybe coincidence and it may be since the InDesign 16.2.1 update- or both. Ran hardware diagnostics and no problem with the graphics driver on my iMac 2017 reported. The Apple developers forum has 8 pages of comments on flickering screen etc using Big Sur. I've tried reducing window transparency as suggested in one comment and that seemed to help at first but then the issue returned.

I'm having the exact same problem, same version 16.2.1. If I quit and relaunch it goes away but then comes back inexplicably.
