Colour Theme Overlay tool - floating palette does not disappear once tool deselected
The colour theme overlay tool does not disappear once a different tool from the tool palette has been chosen. In addition, the popup to select different perceptual palettes (Bright, Colourful etc) does not always appear or appears erratically.
