Printing from a Mac with OS Big Sur, Version 16.1 Indesign. Ricoh MP C3504ex with PostScript card.

The printing option "Half Fold - Print Outside" will result in only 1 print no matter how many copies you choose.

Example I want 15 copies of a church bulletin I apply the necessary settings and hit print. Instead of getting 15 I only get 1.

Tested on High Sierra with Indesign V 13.1 and it works perfectly.
