After a clean install of Adobe CC NONE of my preferences pulls through from the cloud!! But I could have expected this from Adobe.....
Working in InDesign and wanting to edit a PSD file that is used as a background, in the Links panel, I would select "Edit Original" - You would think Adobe is smart enough to actually set Photoshop as the default editor but as a user I have to manually go and assign a editor to each file type!?!?!?!?! HOW PATHETIC!
