Footnote rule styling lost when split
I have set up formatting for the Rule On line above my footnotes, but when the notes auto-split across pages, the line that is automatically created for the following page has a totally different, default, non-editable format. How do I make auto-appearing lines consistent with the line format I have set in Footnote Options?

Hello,
select Footnote Options - Layout - Rule Above Dropdown and select second option. Now set the line you want.
