Files created in Indesign 2020 try opening in Indesign 2019. Should I deinstall 2019?
I create files in Indesign 2020 and save them. The next day I'll double-click on that file to open it and it tries to open in Indesign 2019 and wants me to convert it. Why does it just not open in ID 2020? Should I uninstall 2019?

Had the same ourselves. In my opinion uninstall 2019 if you don't need it, and you won't have this problem.
