Unable to Save Document

Indesign 15.1
Opened file I have worked on before. Added some text. Went to 'undo' an action and couldn't with key command or 'Edit>Undo'.
Then thought I would try and close out of Indesign and restart to see if that helped. Tried to save file. Could not save file with key command or 'File>Save'.
Options—Save, Save As, CheckIn, Save A Copy, and Revert—are all grayed out and unusable, as well as many options under the Edit menu as well.
