inDesign not showing all typekit activated fonts
Typekit shows fonts activated but they are missing from "find font" windows.
Font in adobe typekit.
Font: In adobe type kit, turned ON.
Font: shown as MISSING in indesign
Font: not able to replace because it does not show up in "FIND FONT" dialogue
Available in standard pulldown tab.
ATTEMPTS TO FIX:
1 - turned off suitcase
2 - cleared font cache and rebooted
3 - unsintalled indesign and preferences, reinstalled fresh
4 - installed this patch https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/font-manager-crash.html

I'm running into a similar, yet different issue with "missing" fonts.
I'm running Typeface 3.5.2 as my font manager. Below is the issue I'm finding:
1. Typeface running in the background so it can activate missing fonts.
2. Open ID document with known missing fonts.
3. Missing fonts dialogue comes up and Typeface activates fonts. Document shows fonts correctly on the page AND in the Character dropdown list (no brackets to indicate missing font).
4. ID's Find/Replace Fonts dialogue shows several fonts as "missing," and does not let me "replace" them to remove them from the list.
5. See screenshot attached showing "missing" fonts which are actually activated and displaying correctly.
