InDesign help/welcome screen
I don't like the fact that the, what looks like a "welcome screen" always pops up after closing InDesign work page. I was told it it's a UI of the application.
Please find a way for us to turn that off. I find it annoying and not helpful during my work day.

You can turn it off in the General Preferences. It's called " Show Home Screen".
Though each time you update InDesign, it will come back on. Very frustrating! -

I agree. Welcome screen is not welcome. In previous versions there used to be an option to disable but it has been removed. It has become standard on all adobe apps now and is not helpful. The welcome screen is geared toward new, inexperienced users not long time, daily users and does not add efficiency.
