PDF Export displays grey box
Adobe InDesign CC 2019 on macOS High Sierra
Currently working in a layout where I'm exporting a PDF, but one image in the document shows as a missing link (grey box) in the export.
I've tried saving the image as a png, relinking from a different location, changing the display to high quality, checked my preferences, preflight errors, and display settings, and nothing has fixed this.

The exact similar problem I am facing. I exported the file thrice. But not solved
