Why hasn't the online dashboard delete file feature been fixed yet?

We agree. Some of do a lot of work. We need to delete these old files. The delete file function can have a trash bin which holds deleted files for a week or a month, or forever, if the memory is available, so we can recover them if they are deleted by mistake. But please, please, allow us to clean up our screens by deleting or moving files to an archive, or something. If we are missing how to do this, put something in the Help or in the tutorials, saying "Instead of deleting a file, you may move it to..." This is nuts, with all the old work piling up that just gets in the way.
