Second screen panels don't appear automatically
As part of my custom workspace, I have certain panels set up to appear on a second screen.
Since updating to Indesign CC 2019, no panels on my second screen appear by default when opening InDesign. Instead, I have to go to the Window drop down and manually open one of the panels assigned to the second screen, which then brings up all the second screen panels.

FYI, this seems to only be happening when using a workspace which carried over from InDesign CC 2018, creating a completely new workspace (not just re-saving the current one) has solved this for my team.

Over the past week every time I open InDesign the main window appears on a secondary screen, and then my saved workspace for dual monitors has to be reset. I have to manually move the main window over to my primary monitor and then resize it to fit the workspace. This just started happening.
