CC library saying signed out but cloud is signed in
The CC library panel in indesign 2018 13.1 x64 on Windows 8 says i'm signed out of creative cloud and cant access my libraries but i'm signed in.
Only fix I can find atm is to forcefully sign out then back in but it resets everytime I shut down my computer and I dont want to keep doing that just to access my library.

Does anyone know how to get the CC Libraries panel to become active? The window says "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries."
I've signed out of Adobe and signed back in thinking that might solve the problem but it hasn't.

I'm logged in the app and the web, but the library panel in InDesign says "you have closed your session in CreativeCloud". Strangely in the "help" menu my session appears open. I closed and logged several times, even I was temporarily bogged down for a while and the problem persists.
