When I copy and paste from Illustrator CC into InDesign CC, instead of the vector art I get this text.

Digit-It has one of the best vector artists from all over the world. See our Vector Art Portfolio and vector art designs. We believe converting art into vectors is not a myth. Just send your image file to us and the rest of the things we will handle, like converting that image into vectors.
.zip files are not allowed either!
Rather belatedly, here is the eps file - I have zipped the file, as I am getting 'Invalid file type: .eps files not allowed'.
I had the same problem occasionally, and I unchecked "Include SVG Code" in "File Handling & Clipboard. I think this is what the comments below said vaguely.
Have you tried verified your Preferences for File Handling & Clipboard are correct in Illustrator?
I can't seem find a way to upload the eps file?
Could you provide us with the (wrong) placed file? I can't recreate the error even if I have seen similiar...
CC 2018 is importing (placing) some of my eps graphic files as text files. See attached PDF file of sudoku image.
