Print Settings do not apply the first time

Choose File/Print
Select Paper Size: Defined by Driver
Click the Setup button
Click the Preferences button in the Print window
Change the paper size using your print driver
Click OK
Click Print in the Print window
Now the print area will be mis-aligned, and centering will not work correctly
Workaround:
Open the driver interface again, then close it. Paper settings will be correct.

Canon ipf 8400, Canon MX922, Adobe PDF

I've observed this as well with InDesign 13.0.1. Even crazier, I changed the paper size and InDesign did change the size from 8.5 x 11 to "Defined by Driver" ...after the second setup. However, the stated paper size is wrong from what the printer told it. InDesign states 51 x 66 picas, but the printer is set for 17 x 11 (102 x 66 picas). The printer is a Xerox Versant 180 via Fiery EX-i v1.1.
