All External Links (Bug Report, Tutorial, InDesign Help, etc..) Fail
Links from Help menu that open browser cause a Safari popunder, Indesign refresh, and no link being loaded in Safari.

yes for me too, on Ventura they still don't work with the latest version of Indesign.
