Options to individualize QR Codes

It would be nice to have some features to individualize QR-Codes.
For example to put a grafphic/trademark in the middle, rounding the edges, dots instead of squares... There could be many Options.
"qrcode-monkey" has some good options to individualize QR Codes.

    I love the design options QR Monkey has, and it would be great if InDesign had a QR Code Workspace Pallet that functioned similarly!

    I too would love this feature to apply modern styling to QR codes.
